He wasn't on the way until Maguire touched it. It was going the opposite way.

Then Maguire touches it and it changes so surely not off?

It's offside as he is blocking the view of the Goalkeeper. De Gea is still moving to his right after it hits Maguire as he can't see it change direction.

It's offside even if the ABU's don't like it
