So Rooney's got the job he will have to improve on his managerial record.His record at Derby (one win in every four games)would have them relegated in 3 out of the last 10 years.His record wasn't much better in the USA .He will need to have help by someone at least as good Liam Rosenior who I think is fairly good.If I was a blues fan I would be underwhelmed.
