No, there's thing on twitter called the for you feed, shows loads of stuff from people you don't have to be following.

Better luck next time.

There is also the attached where I only see posts from those I follow. Tbh I don't want to spend my time tutting and seeing content that doesn't interest me, so if it's all the same I'll stick to my way of using it. So Much better for your MH - try it!

How many of these hard right gammons do you believe have sat through 3 hours of basically a pride event and bothered to spend lots of money trying to get someone to win in something that doesn't really mean anything and have since been interviewed today and have given that response?

Come on Tony, really? I know it fits your narrative and well done on a full post without mentioning nasty Tories, but let's have at least a little bit of thinking.

Why would they have to have sat through three hours of the show to vote? All you need is the phone number and that became available on line and follow the advice of the Telegraph which had an article telling you to vote for Israel to stick it to the woke.

It was funny though that that a bloke in a skirt won it. That will stick it to the gammons and Susan Hall.

Apparently the topped the vote in 14 countries. I’m sure San Marino viewers were sticking it to Sadiq

Makes total sense

Oh dear Tony “a bloke in a skirt” is a very gammon thing to say

Nemo is a non binary singer and they will have had to put up with such prejudice all their life no doubt

This is right up there with your UKIP aren’t racist thread.

I was quite clearly being deliberately facetious as a counter to the very real reasoning of some of the Israel voters. Pretending that I was being serious although exactly what I expected from you doesn’t prove a thing, other than you’re a prat.

Not at all. According to Tony it’s an anti Khan vote. Dont see why you’d have to right wing to vote Israel given Lammy seems very pro it - then again given Labour is now embracing far right politicians why should I be surprised

Wait, so if somebody voted for Israel in a song contest they are racist and kill kids etc?

Christ.

Just going to abuse a random jew / Muslim for their part in it all.

I think it was a fairly decent Eurovision song and all the people that really cared didn’t watch it to vote for anyone else. There were right wing accounts pushing it as “sticking it to the wokes” all over social media especially after Greta Thunberg got involved, so I wouldn’t be surprised if a small number of people doing so pushed it up the ranks in a few countries.

Russia have not been allowed to compete since they attacked Ukraine, yet the EBU appear able to justify NOT doing the same in banning Israel. I wouldn't have thought Eurovision would be the natural habitat for gammons' viewing pleasure, but SOMEONE was voting for Israel. It sure wasn't for the song, which was frankly shite!
Mind you, our knowledgeable expert jury put bloody Portugal top!!

The joke was very clearly about transphobic, anti “woke”, anti khan, white lives matter, edl, Britain first, god created Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve, all Muslims are evil types. Still, you keep pretending to not understand that if you think it makes you look anything other than the prat it makes you look.

Don’t think anyone is saying that Nick. Just pointing out that there was a certain conservative effort in certain circle's in the UK to encourage voting for Israel’s song because it stuck two fingers up to other demographics including but not exclusively the mayor of London and the “woke” type. As I’ve already pointed out a national right wing paper even had an article saying vote Israel to stick it to the woke. Its angle wasn’t even to support Israel. Just stick it to the woke.

In fairness to Tony, he specifically said it was UK voters who were making it an anti-Khan thing.

This would also suggest it was not a trend across Europe but 13 countries were the same. Its also not very credible that the UK as a whole were so angry with Sadiq Khan they decided "I am voting Israel in the European Song Contest"

I mean lets be honest when someone on what is supposed to be a football forum posts this they probably need to take a few years off here;

"You started a music thread yesterday which has now been deleted. No surprise the first reply was grendull with a homophobic tweet regarding Soft Cell aimed at me, he even tagged me in his post to ensure I was aware that he made it. You obviously found it hilarious as you posted a laughing emoji on it. He then doubled down with the homophobia comparing me to Marc Almond swallowing seamen in his next post. Again you found it hilarious and confirmed it with another laughing emoji.

Which is why I asked you if you were serious when you asked admin how to report homophobia. You’re displaying a very clear double standard on the subject. On one hand you’re apparently offended by homophobia to the point where you publicly ask admin how to report it but then on the other hand you find it hilarious. It’s also far from the first time he’s done it, it’s been pretty standard behaviour from him for a number of years and although I’ve always been his main target he’s not exclusively targeted me with homophobic tropes. It doesn’t matter how many times I explain to him that I’m not homophobic so I’m not insulted personally so he’s waisting his time using homophobic slurs as an insult he continues to use them. It’s a worrying pattern of behaviour that you can only deduce from that he’s a massive homophobe. Maybe you were just pretending to find homophobia insulting and publicly asked the question of admin to be a twat. But if you didn’t it’s the perfect example of why he thinks you’re an idiot. Like I said, a useful one but an idiot nonetheless."

I mean, it seems quite plausible to me that right wingers across Europe could launch a protest vote campaign for Israel for a variety of reasons, some of them shared, some of them more local/esoteric. But seems like you have other things on your mind.

Tony does seem to have a curious obsession with a certain oral pleasure for some

Don't know. But it sounds very much like it came from the same source as the Marc Almond and a line of sailors story. (Tony Apr 2016)

Can't say I expressed an opinion on keys one way or the other. Mostly because like you I don't personally know him. All I pointed out is that any story that starts I know someone who knows someone is notoriously unreliable. Usually the same source that leads to reliable stories such as Marc Almond taking a line of sailors. (Tony Dec 2016)

I was half expecting him to claim Marc Almond has taken a line up of sailers meaning he had to have his stomach pumped because he’d overdosed on spunk and the doctors counted a gazillion... (Tony May 2019)

It’s just Marc Almond getting his stomach pumped after taking a line up of sailors ( Tony July 2021)

No it didn’t. You’ll be telling us next that mark almond had to have his stomach pumped after taking a line up of sailors. (Tony Sep 2021)

I didn’t say there was, I’m not following Eurovision especially closely.

Maybe the Israeli song sweeping the public vote in the middle of a deeply controversial and unpopular war was just a coincidence!

The forum is supposed to mainly be for CCFC discussions. We have one poster who’s never even commented on the semi final and never discusses the club at all but just constantly obsesses with politics threads and has views that even on that flip flop on a daily basis. He should be banned
