Personally I wouldn't mind if this happened, but will it? absolutely not!

but on what grounds would Rangers merit 'selection'?

Stinks of a slow news day at the BBC!

an additional point in this stroy...

And Green added: "How can Manchester United's revenues be £320m and Aston Villa, who are completely useless, get £250m? :claping hands:

While i hate Villa as much as the next city fan, this guy is a pillock.. Extremely disrespectful to the teams in the prem, frankly the likes of Southampton have WORKED to get there and deserve it.
Rangers had the chance to move to the English leagues but they didn't, they wanted to stay a big fish in a small pond.

There already is a European 'super league', its called the Premier League, its full of people from abroad and is the most watched league in the world... Rightly or wrongly, its the biggest league.

That said, i wish they'd all sod off and leave the rest of us to enjoy the game for what it is, but Rangers certainly couldn't be considered a part of it, they've NEVER won anything under the 'new' club and are playing in the third teir of Scottish football.
