Have ITV muted England fans or something?

No. I can hear a vuvuzela / horn. Surely that's not coming from the Irish?

Good, the greedy little fecker. Bet England fans are either Man U or Arsenal fans hence not booing him as they might see him in their side next year, although I think Madrid will offer more £ than he'll get here in England so he'll probably feck off over there

It's like watching a training game between the first team and reserves.

Did SBT just glitch out?

Couldn't get on on my computer or phone, so assume it's not my end.

This has got 0-0 all over it.

To reduce chance of trouble, a draw is best result.

How strange would it be playing against your country for a different one?

You mean English born players who play for Ireland? (For example)

Eire v England

As bad as watching CCFC under Pressley in his last months in charge ?

Andros Townsend is the only positive. Passing very poor although tempo improved by England in the second half.

Oh! And if Vardy can play for England so can I.

I thought Wilshere looked good.

Rooney seemed to be on a beach somewhere.

Rooney's touch was awful. I watched on Espn in the states. Tommy Smyth was co-commentator. Him and the Scottish guy Donaldson couldn't believe the extremely poor standard of football. And neither could I .

That was boring! Wouldn't be happy if I'd paid to go to see two teams who would clearly rather be on the beach somewhere.

Just woke up in the ground. Dire game. Did our best with the noise but the layout of the ground doesn't help.

£52 a ticket and like I said above, poor poor game. Would happily pay again though. Never regretted an England away trip. Shame the same can't be said for City games every week.

Was thinking about taking the family to that, but it would have been over 200 yoyos. Greedy baststards. Looks like there was 10,000 empty seats anyway.

Glad I didn't go.

Thought he did well to be fair. Definitely deserves his place; you'd have him at Cov like a shot

Yeah, maybe. I guess he is League One standard perhaps.

Thought Cahill was solid. Jack did ok with box to box but needed someone better than a headless chicken and a relatively quiet Rooney in front of him to make it work.

i was offered free tickets, but went for a walk instead.

right decision, it was always going to be a kick about akin to a training session !

That was about as much fun as watching paint dry.

I literally feel asleep.

Got back earlier. Not the best of games, pretty poor but always a good away trip with England fans, just like city away days. Atmosphere was poor today though for an away game. Important game is next weekend.

52 per ticket was to help the FAI pay back "the loan"

Great song from the England fans
He paid for your ground, he paid for your ground, Sepp Blatter he paid for your ground.

Made me chuckle anyway.

Also didn't our FA charge them £45 for the upper and £55 for the lower? Same as when we played the Scots.
