Fabio Capello’s man-management skills are under question again with two more of his stars furious at their treatment.

Following England’s 2-2 Euro 2012 qualifying draw with Switzerland, Peter Crouch and Frank Lampard have joined Rio Ferdinand in being angry with their boss.

Crouch, not even included on the Wembley bench despite scoring a goal every other appearance under Capello, is considering turning his back on England while the Italian remains at the helm.

Lampard also left Wembley in a fury after being made a scapegoat.

for England’s poor first-half display, while Ferdinand has not forgiven Capello for the way he was treated over the captaincy issue in March.

The draw means that England have failed to win in four home games for the first time since 1981.

Asked why he should remain in charge, Capello said:

“This is the question for the chairman (David Bernstein). I am here. It is my job. I try to do everything as best as possible.”

Bernstein has backed Capello but the way Crouch, Lampard and Ferdinand have been treated is storing up problems down the line.

Crouch is said to be “disenchanted” at his treatment but loyalty to England means he is likely to make himself available for further humiliations.

Lampard was first out of the dressing room and is known to be unhappy.

Get on with it you tossers. Who do you think you are? He's paid to do a job so sort your ego out or announce you're not availalable.

Ffs he doesn't have to be their friend and they shouldn't be so precious they want him to be. His remit starts and ends with his ability to deliver.

Bunch of whiners. Still Capello is a waste of time seeing as though he is leaving.
And as for Crouch he is complete shit, everyone raves about how he scores for England.... Is it only me who has picked up on the fact that he only scores against crap teams like Estonia or Macedonia. RAAGE! At least Capello got that rite.

Any quotes from players?

As for those not being picked, not really surprising. If they don't want to play for their country f*ck them, it's not as if half of them who have retired are any good.

Well it will not change until these overpaid footballers dump their ego's and the FA start getting their heads straight and appoint a proper British manager to manage a British pool of talent in a very British way.

But football in general is in such disarray and there are uncertain times ahead unless someone gets their head out of their arse soon and fixes all that is wrong with this media hyped, money grabbing genre that is set to spoil our beautiful game.

I can see the quotes now: " eh remember when we used to be on £220,000 grand a week man , whatever happened?"
"yeah remember we never got close to winning anything as a nation either when we had all those 'top rated stars earning millions"
"oh I remember yeah...did we not have ridiculously paid foreign managers too back then?"
