He's a top class player if he gets his mojo back

Not had his mojo in a very long time is the problem.

Hopefully it’s somewhere in Barcelona.

A new england ive seen tonight , fast and direct , superb on and off the ball and to be honest thoroughly enjoyable to watch .

Best we've played for some time , a great platform to build on

Yeah, when England had the ball deep the positions of players ahead of the ball was about the same.

That was much better tonight. Madueke goal the highlight for me, the build up with the little flick on, and he took it very well.

Thing is when you move the ball and make runs like that, it doesn't matter what set up the other team's trying, they'll struggle

Brilliant stuff, all of Sir Gareth’s hard work now paying dividends - he is looking down on them and smiling tonight

Super encouraging performance today! Perhaps Tuchel’s system is optimised for games where the opposition will occasionally attack!

Still a lot more to come because we’ve not seen a ‘full strength’ England side under Tuchel yet.

In fairness, Serbia were much higher up the pitch as soon as they went a goal behind. Andorra, Albania and Latvia almost didn’t care when they went 1-0 down because it was a game that was complete ‘damage control’ mode.

We need a MIGA (Make Internationals Great Again) movement and completely revamp the international calendar. No one should have to endure England v Andorra, it’s a waste of time.

Bellingham
Saka
Palmer

Do not expect to walk back into the team ahead of Anderson, Madueke and Rogers after that performance

In fact in Bellingham's case, at the moment I find him very egotistical and potentially a negative cloud in the camp which he needs to cut out

Rogers works well with Kane. When Kane drops deep as he does Rogers was filling in at CF so we always had someone up front.

For reference, I’m sure Palmer would be capable of that as well.

Could be but Rogers is more of a natural at doing it as he's played more CF in his time. Palmer was used as a "striker" at times but was operating more as a false 9.
