Couple this with the FFP rules and the new premiership driven rules on young player transfers and I can see a lot of clubs really struggling.

Everything points towards the rich getting richer and sod the rest. Yes the books should be balanced but everything it seems will be focussed on the small clubs while the rich boys find a way round it. We dont all support Man U or Chelsea or Man City ..... its going to make it hard for the small clubs to survive.
