Lampard would have turfed him out very quickly, bloke thinks he’s God’s gift to football and doesn’t put the work in. Which in the eyes of one of the best midfielders of his generation who emphasises hard work, wouldn’t wash.

I don't think Robins and Lampard differ at all in principle in relation to basic expectations on players.
