the club's now an offical disgrace. I've always stuck by thorn but now it's time for him to go. Brown is an embarrassment to his brother, he'll never make it as a man utd player, never mind a league 1 player!
Baker is still as bad as always
hussey was a shambles
kilbane wasn't in the game at all
Barton looked good first half, drifted out second
don't see the logic in taking mcdonald off and keeping elliot on! Ball did nothing when he came on either, looks like another platt who puts lead in his boots before a match!
mcdonald missed another 1on1
wheres the logic in being 2-0 up and being so naive that you just give up and expect to win! :claping hands:
fortunately other results went our way and leicester lost or else i think i would of hung myself
If brown plays again next match then thorn needs shooting!
bury are the worst opposition i've ever seen us play against, They were open, couldn't pass the ball, couldnt defend, couldnt attack and still we played for 1 half and ended up throwing away a lead! i just cannot accept what i've just seen!

So many problems still unsolved with the club. For once i was confident as soon as we went up, silly me! Same old, same old. when are things going to change?

Baker was decent in the first half.

Hussey got forward well.

I too have been a thorn supporter since the beginning but I don't know how long I can take more of this, today's result has left me feeling sick

Baker was our best player today, and by some distance.

Apart from two dismal efforts he blazed over the bar and a good chance he sliced wide in the second half. Jennings was our best player today, by an absolute mile, I'm amazed you didn't see this! I'd also add that I don't know what Kilbane does, has been poor in all three games, and surely as Captain should've tried to steady the ship second half, but didn't.

Jennings was great too, always playing it simple and looking up!

Thanks for the insult to my intelligence.

Jennings was good, but Baker was the one that made things happen. He got into good areas, dragged the opposition around and along with the front two, pressed their defence into making errors.

But my opinion is wrong, of course.

I didn't insult your intelligence, only your eyesight and judgement. Baker scored a good goal, and in the first half played well, but so did the rest of the side.

Ok, give me a shout when you're happy to accept others' opinions for what they are.

macca looked pretty sharp when he came on, would prefer him to baker
but when fleck's fit, he'll walk back into the side!
1st half although bury were absolutely abismal, positionally we looked good, energetic and commited
2nd half as usual, we went to pot

Total disgrace. Thorn survived last season out of sympathy from the fans & in the knowledge he wouldn't be sacked. He has to go, out thought by a care taker manager of what were the worst team to play at the Ricoh. Time for loveable uncle to go. That 2nd half was utter shite. Goodbye Thorn, you are the the weakest link.

Did we play well in the first half today because of Thorn, or was it just down to pure chance ?
