I thought the early 70s were worse, Inter City Crew etc, and things sort of calmed down when seating became a thing.
It is true that some clubs seem to attract more low life than others but I always assumed most clubs are sort of similar, they all have their problems. I suppose you would like your Club to be an exception but that is hardly realistic.
