Anyone else get an email the club after yesterdays game??

"Thank you from everybody at Coventry City Football Club for your support today.

Having the support in the Ricoh Arena, rather than watching on TV, was a massive boost for the team and certainly helped on the way to a victory.

Hopefully you enjoyed the match and the performance as much as we did.

See you at the Reading match on 24 September.

PUSB"

Seems the club cant get enough of this thing called communication now

Isn't that a good thing? Even after a decent performance and our first win there's still so much negativity. I'd much rather get an e-mail like that the wall of silence we were getting before.

moan moan moan...

at least they are trying now. you dont have to trust people to get on with them. i think the sisu out guys may need to hols back on the protests until we are half way through the season, give sisu a chance to to let the actions speak louder than words, then if we are still bottom 4 or 5 and no changes ahve taken place the protests should start. but one thing is for sure, the trouble in the ground definately affected the youngsters, i felt a bit sorry for them to be honest and watching on sjy it was transparently affecting the team.

Would have been good if they apologised for the crowd disturbances involving the police in block 15.

How so? It was the best performance of the season and the two youngsters really stepped up resulting in Christie winning the MOTM. Is thereany foundation to your statement?

Not sure about the whole team but Clingan was distracted once or twice. Doubt it did too much damage overall though.

A email to everyone would have taken seconds and cost nothing...

Not impressed by that.. I wouldnt bother if they didnt speak to us for months, just unveil the loans that are gonna help Andy and the young boys, that will be a nice touch, not an email written by the receptionist and sent to everyone in their inbox

After this summer, they hve a BIG mountain to climb as far as I am concerned.
