His name is Steven. Show a little respect, it's his birthday. Appalling behaviour.

He is proving to be stubbon and inflexible as a manager.

To start Finch instead of going 4-4-2 is shameful. Pugh at LWB when he cant attack at all is shameful.

SP seems to decide is formation is 5-3-2 and then shoehorn in players to fit rather than what clever managers do and select a formation to suit the strenghts of the squad.

An SOS to Mark Robins please and fast

Managerial Statistics

As of 7 October 2014
TeamNatFromToRecord
GWDLWin %
Falkirk 11 February 20108 March 201314463354643.75
Coventry City 8 March 2013Present7727222835.06
A proven winner??

Shocking record 35% when we have been in League 1 is very poor.

He too Falkirk down and in the division they should have been right up their in he only had a win record of less than 50%.

Facts dont lie and his tunnel vision on formation is starting to get worrying.

Not to mention his track record in the transfer market.
