Has he always been like this? I get he’s been a bit odd, but over the last couple of years he seems to have lost the plot on an exponential level.

Personally I've always found it more weird that we live in a society where people just say what's expected of them

Not sure if you’re implying otherwise but this is very much Musk saying what’s expected of him.

When Tesla was mostly sold to woke muesli knitters Musk was a rainbow loving LGBT supporting eco warrior.

Indeed

Indeed but some come with the intention of keeping it in order and calm I think, been a long time since we've experienced any like that, and will probably continue that way?

It's quite simple if you want it, never go there or turn it off!

Twitter makes it easy to find out what is actually going on, but even without it I think the Media being able to control the narrative has long gone, they would be playing whac a mole. Even the Chinese find it difficult to do.

lol, lmao even

yeah go into any thread on a breaking story and it’s full of people who have found out “what’s really going on”, for a good three hours before it’s revealed to be complete nonsense made up for Elmo bucks.

Stockport was the recent classic example, BBC Guardian etc implying he was Welsh, that did not pass the smell test.

Now you know the Media would have been able to find out who he was. A quick ping around and there was his full name and background.

Do wonder what his motivation is for trying to whip up Civil war?

Did enjoy his own daughter digging him out. Such a prick and the weirdos that hang off his every word are just pathetic.
Does he think if he says it often enough we'll all pay for a blue tick to amplify our positive/negative response to him. I think that's what his controversial comments are about. Twitter is a financial noose around his neck, he should sell it and clear off in one of his rockets

I’m pretty sure his motivation is to draw false equivalence between the U.K. and the U.S. There’s a fair amount of civil war talk over there.

He’s trying to say if you elect a left or left of centre government, look what happens.

It’s nuanced. And I’m making a bit of a point. But where do you draw the line. I know where that c**t does.

The only place you can is being born in the UK, anything else gets unravelled by constant “what about their parents?” all the way back to amoebas.

Which basically amounts to "if the right wing don't get what they want they throw a hissy fit and cause a shitload of trouble"

Even a tiny amount of thinking about that sentence tells you the problem there isn't the ones getting elected, it's the ones who aren't.

Indeed. It reminds me of the quote from the president of the Heritage Foundation, Kevin Roberts. He was talking about plans to remove thousands of neutral Federal government officials and install partisan replacements chosen by the Republicans (in the event they win) as part of Project 2025.

He talked of a “second American revolution” and said it would be bloodless “if the left allowed it to be”
