I don't think he's physical enough yetI wouldn't mind norman getting a shot at the striker role again at some point. Doesn't mean he's the best. Doesn't mean he would need to be there permanently but if no one makes that number 9 slot their own maybe he could nab a couple more goals this season given a chance

But I want him terrorising defenders. Winning most headers. Running with ball at his feet. Barging defenders off ball even if giving away fouls etc
He's using maybe 70 percent of his physical attributes right now

Not exactly a Gyokeres-style cheat code player for sure. But in terms of the things being asked/expected of him in this lone striker role - winning balls in the air, taking chances and driving forward with the ball - he’s at least above average and in some cases pretty good.
