It's the sell on percentage that is the big thing. If Tottenham offered £5m and a 5% you would accept £3m and 30% off Norwich instead.
One good season in the Premier League and you'll get stupid offers.

Spot on, although as part of the fee guess, initial fee suggests at add ons, but we will never know.

That's only advantageous if Norwich sell him for £11-12m+.

I would imagine the club expect him to be worth that quickly.

Alli is worth at the £20m right now.
