Eddie Jordan had an opportunity to invest in us years ago but decided to put his investment in Man Utd. Some fan.

That list doesn't have that guy off Coronation Street lol.

Eddie Jordan was, and probably still is, a good friend of the wee man when he was our manager. He was never a City fan.

I thought it was something to do with when we had a fair few Irish players in our squad ?

When he 1st started in motor sport he was based not too far from here and used to come to games. I think he was unveiled as a City fan by BR around the same time as BA Robertson and even Fester fan Martin Johnson! Think it was his attempt to make us more trendy! Jordan has spoken many times of his love for Chelsea and seems to have forgotten all about us!

Think that was more the case with Bryan McFadden who was good mates with Barry Quinn.
