quite easy to be driven and flown around all day though isnt it? the chairman should be at every match regardless of where he lives. :blue:

Must be poor weather on the Algarve to force Kenny off his sunlounger - must be hard to actually pop in and visit the club that pays him an extortionate wage and expenses. Just for you Kenny we are the ones in the light blue kit.

Poor lamb, that must be real drag-working at the weekend! Maybe the lads will be inspired by his glowing presence and put on a real show for him!

Tis tough for him to be fair travelling from Portugal at times.

I heard that on the last way over they ran out of malt whiskey on his private jet and the stuffed olives weren't quite up to scratch.

Nearly caused the plane to crash I believe.

At least he got to see the displeasure of city fans first hand.

I'm sure it's kept him awake at night, you know, in that villa. What with him loving the club, and you know, totally not only thinking about it when someone phones up and says oh btw Kenny, game this weekend. S'on telly, you best come.

It does seem strange, he failed previously so why bring him here?

That's what I said, I'd heard of him before and always thought dodgy, dodgy man. Then, of course par the course City went and gave him a job.

His business went tits up not long back, so they gave him a job at our place. Top.

Nope he owns a security business.

I might still be hazy from a trip to whiskeytown last night, but I'm damn sure. Damn sure.

I'm also thinking they've been at the editing Wikipedia game.

Opening gambit for Brody's:

Leonard Brody has been called a “controversial torchbearer for this new world order.”[1] He is a highly respected entrepreneur [2], venture capitalist, best-selling author [3] and a 2 time Emmy nominated [4] [1] media visionary. He has helped in raising millions of dollars for startup companies, been through one of the largest internet IPOs [5] in history and has been involved in the building, financing and/or sale of five companies to date.

Torchbearer for a new world order..............................................really Leonard?

So to summarise when he doesnt go to games he is criticised, then when he does go to a game he is criticised? And fans wonder why they dont get straight answers from him!

Oh behave will you, it's not as clear cut as that and it's patronising to say so.

He's the Chairman, he should always be at games. Regardless of where he lives, the man has money falling out of his arsehole, it wouldn't kill him to be at the games we break our backs to go to.

He shouldn't just turn up because the Sky cameras are there and it's good for his portfolio.

Sorry i just feel even if he bought Messi for the club nobody would have a good word to say about him. I dont personally feel it matters if he goes to games or not as in a lot of companies the owners or directors, of which he is neither, are nowhere to be seen. Clearly the club functions without him on matchdays so whats the point of him being there? It just irritates me to see people criticise him for not doing something then do exactly the same when he does that same thing.

You've answered you're on question, what does the club need from him? So why bother dedicating hours and money to cleaning up messes the man makes? Discussing a bid on air, regardless of the other parties antics, is unprofessional.

He lives in another country, which can hardly be productive for transfer deals that he's got to okay.

If he didn't spout the bull as much as he does like Rich says, he'd be a lot more appreciated. This is why Elliott is so loved. He keeps his mouth shut, gets on with it.
