If we are out of the Football League as we could well be after next season where would that leave SISU's commitment to the FL regards where we play, building a new stadium and the million pound bond they could have to pay to the League for failing to deliver. Not saying going out of the FL is a SISU plan, or am I, but there are benefits to them if we did.

Liquidation. AKA cutting your losses and running.

If ARVO pull the plug on SISU / Otium and CCFC goes into liquidation will SISU be able to claim that liquidation is not their fault and therefore they are not liable for failing to comply with their undertaking? I don't think that anyone can prove whether SISU and ARVO are effectively under the same control.
Besides will the FL have any call on the liquidator to pay the bond?
I think that the FL have no chance of getting the bond honoured.

They are both theoretically possible, but I'm pretty sure that you'd get much longer odds on 2 promotions than on 2 relegations, given our situation.

Or do you disagree?

Call me old fashioned, but I don't believe we will be in the Premier League if we are relegated two seasons running,

It is certainly possible for either to happen in theory. But in reality neither will happen.

If we were to be relegated twice the owners would undoubtedly liquidate and disappear. I very much doubt they would have us start a season in the Conference.

If we were to be promoted twice, that gives them a huge problem. There is no way we would be permitted to stage Premier games at Northampton. So they wouldn't allow that to happen either.

What the very same Nick who belittled me for getting people to sign the petition ?
I'd like to see things from Nicks point of view, but I can't get my head that far up my own ass.

The maximum points we can get this season is 69.

We wont be able to get promoted this year on that.

Hence why, whilst neither scenarios are likely, it would be possible for the club to be in the conference by August 2015, but it couldn't be in the premiership by then.

My prediction for what it is worth is we will just manage to stay up this season, and next season start at Nene Park.

There is an awful lot of work going on there, I drove out there last week and all the stadium is having an overhaul. All Kettering Town signs are now down and all the scrub is being cut back. The pitch and stands are now looking good so something big is happening.

I asked someone there but they said it was for local finals to be played, which i think is BS, as there is a lot of money going being spent on this.
We would have a ground to ourselves, playing back on Saturdays with a pitch that won't be as half cut up as Sixfields, obviously.

Its a further 8/10 miles ,I think, on from 6fields ,so would that stop SISU, my opinion is no, but yet again its my opoinion which I tend to agree with

I am planning to go again very soon and this time I will take my camera

no ccfcway,it's owned privately by a gentleman called Mr Cousins, who was the man who bought it off Max Griggs the man who began Dr Martins boots and who started Rushden & Diamonds
Mr Cousins is the man behind the demise of Rushden & Diamonds FC

Nene Park has a covenent that says it has to be used for sport till 2017 I think after that Cousins can do what he likes with it. He got the club and ground for I think a nominal figure, then split the ground from the club charged the club 4000 pounds a week rent club went bust. Remind you of anything?
