They have continually been told what the rules are but don’t seem to understand It. I’m sure Boddy made reference to the rules once, probably after a supported forum meeting, but their stance doesn’t seem to change. Perhaos Doug and the new COO will have the intellect to grasp the reality.

At least things aren't this bad!
