Then the doors open to Ashley to rescue the club from Joy for even less. Combined with the stadium Ashley ultimately ends up with stadium and football club for less than 35m. That's brokmanship of the highest order.
The end game for us fans is Ashley will unite stadium and club as it was always meant to be and has the money to get us to the premiership. What's not to like about that?
