From previous threads it would appear that there are quite a few of us who live down here. It got me thinking about whether there is enough interest to look at trying to arrange joint travel upto a few matches each season. Highly doubt we'd be able to fill a coach but a minibus shouldn't be a problem. Depending on where people are based we could have a number of pick-ups - maybe Weymouth, Dorchester, Poole and Bournemouth... Might be a good way to share travel costs and have a bit of banter on the way.
If anybody is remotely interested either reply to this thread or pm me. Once I have assessed interest levels I will try and get quotes from local coach/minbus companies and see whether the 'Dorset Coventry City Supporters Club' can become a viable reality.
PUSB
We're in the modern world, Fernando - we've got tractors! Still take a long time to get to Coventry, though.
Not a bad idea, Lee; but the logistics would take some sorting out. I think we are quite well scattered across the county.
Yeah, you are probably right about the scattering and anybody in North Dorset will be a pain to get to.
I'm in North Dorset. Sorry to be a pain!

Whereabouts?
We could always have a meeting point maybe Rownhams? or somewhere that works for everyone, maybe, Bournemouth train station? That way the drinkers like myself can get home safely
Hopefully you lot will boost the Cov crowd for the Bournemouth game on the 26th Feb?
Same here, stopping over with a West Ham mate for the night.Already pencilled in.
About 7 miles north of Blandford. Not too far from Sturminster Newton.
I'm in Poole
I know, Lee - but it's a beautiful area to live in!
Good man, I will add you onto my contacts list, despite the fact you haven't actually expressed an interest as such. We need everyone we can get to get this up and running!
