EXACTLY so now is the time to demonstrate that famous loyalty - Get down to Sixfields, show some dignity that the club is better than any tinpot owners - its OUR club, dont let them have the last laugh. Go and support the team - get 7000 thousand down there banging on the gates when its full -whaT WOULD THEY DO THEN? - THAT is true fan power to change things. At the moment you are affecting nothing.

Equally, when disloyalty has been shown to you the perpetrator(s) should be punished, possibly forever.

What would they do? Piss themselves laughing at how the gullible people got conned I imagine.

Sorry Miss. Spoiling it for the whole class was I? Looking back through my posts I believed I was deadly serious. Possibly the chasm between my common sense and the lack of reality on here is perceived as banter. I dont know.

here's an idea you wont like.

why don't we pick 2 "home" games. 1 a weekend fixture and 1 a midweek wet winter fixture. unite and do a blanket boycott of the weekend fixture and then sell out the midweek fixture.

a what your heading for, followed by a what you could have demonstration by demonstrating.

I'm not Lazy I go on the Hill every week, l will be there again this week.
I just feel let down conned and robbed of the love I had for this Football club after 45 years of supporting them.

So sorry all this bullshit about supporting the lads and Steven who will be off like a shot when a better deal comes up is down to our owners.

They wouldn't notice at the weekend fixture and would think they were at the wrong ground or playing away at the midweek fixture:claping hands:

Do you consider what is best for the team as the most important thing for us to concern ourselves with?

Personally speaking, with all that's going on right now, I couldn't really give a toss about the team.

i told you.

here's another cracker

lets build a brand new ground at least 9 miles away from the city (at this point but we could build it further away if a cheaper piece of land becomes available) with a capacity that shows all the ambition of a club that's happy to linger in the lower divisions for eternity but make sure there's a reserved parking space just for you right by the front door.

yeah that will be good for the team.

have you ever thought of showing sisu that you believe they are selling the club and its supporters short with a lack of ambition.

Oh bore off!
The players don't like it almost as much as the fans but from what I hear they're entirely respectful and completely in accordance with why the vast majority of the fans do not and will never go.

It is only the odd twat who occasionally crawls out of the woodwork and ends up trying to reinvent a new reason to go but ignoring why it will never happen.

You seem to have completely missed the point of supporting CCFC - I really dont want people like you supporting my club or being associated with my city.

If we are at sixfields next season, and it looks very likely, I feel CCFC, will never fully recover, the support we will lose will make a 12000 seater stadium look very hopeful and too big.

'We' is fundamentally Coventry, the city and it's fans. After the threat to fans this is increasingly becoming Coventry vs Sisu.
Time to support Coventry, and boycott Sixfields and Sisu.

That has always been the issue.
It is a face off public v private; community v hedge fund; local ethics v foreign and commercial imperatives; us v them.
There's fault on both sides but what we are witnessing is a paradigm shift from the old world and the new with a football club in the middle. It is a fascinating struggle.

Were there ever any good players or managers everyone is crap to you.
You must have a very low esteem of yourself and others.

Birmingham games 160 goals 68
Everton games 236 goals 106
Swansea games 87 goals 35

Top scorer at Everton for a number of seasons. By the time he left only the legendary Dixie Dean had scored more goals for them.

He may not have been world class Grendel but he was certainly "good".
