If they get some more loans before tomorrow we could finish miles bottom.

How do we look silly because of that? Their business is their business, nothing to do with us.

I think he means that, we look silly that we can't even compete with them with loan signings.

I still don't think it makes us look silly, most football fans know what this club's going through. What it is is frustrating that we cannot compete with the likes of Doncaster and Barnsley (no offence to fans of them) anymore.

Silly because they have little money to do it with yet have conspired to bring these players in. Also we paid out £400k for Cody and don't play him. SISU could well find a few bob in these desperate times to strengthen the squad or take the consequences and be relegated. Equally they could find a few bob to bring in a manager of experience and shake things up a bit. I fear Juke is going to part fund such an exercise and of course recoup money for themselves as they look to cash in by asset stripping where they can while gambling at the same time.
the lessor gamble is sell Juke for £3m and use £1m say to fund the above...

Simples.

It's a nice idea to think they'd put money in after a sale. Unfortunately, I think it's a dream. A week ago I may have been with you, but something's snapped and I can't see these people doing anything to help the playing side of the club.

I'm with you on that one Kg.
I honestly tried to support them a while ago and would have been on here saying lets not get ahead of ourselves juke has not gone yet etc etc.
But know I just know that they are after every penny they can get and don't care one iota about anything to do with what is happening to this club or the fans.
Why I do not know as let's be honest they are not going to gain anything by us being relegated just the opposite, less attractive to any potential buyer, less money coming in allround.
Unless they are going to sell any player that is saleable and keep the money and leave and take what ever loss they make and call it quits (lets hope) becase if that's what it takes to get rid of them so be it but at least they will be gone (really hoping and dreaming this happens).

They have sold out to the devil in the game, Agents. We are yet to see this idea work and they have bought in few players now. As for Barnsley the had O Connor last season and Ranger this year, yes we are struggling to compete with them. However that is down to one thing and one thing only, our owners refusing to invest in the club.

Doncasters team morale must be bad getting all these merceneries in.

This may work against them.

They won't bankrupt them. They are only paying a couple of grand a week towards their wages. It's deals to put these players in the shop window.

But they will be if they keep them up. And anyway, Donnie have got a guy setting up the deals so they aren't paying more than 2k p/w to these players. It'll hardly make a dent in their finances.

How can we compete? They do not pay these players' salaries? Also the manager has no say in who comes in. It's a joke and should be outlawed. It still will not work. Who would want their set up?

Isnt is The agent Mackay (cant remember his first name) who's working closely with them?

I cant see clubs letting em go that cheaply. The West Ham ones would have been signed on Prem wages, and altho there was probably a clause to reduce wages in the event of relegation, and why would WH want to pay majority of a players wages who isnt actually playing for them?

To put them in the shop window. The deal for Ilunga from west ham is 2k a week then while he is at Doncaster McKay tries to sell him for west ham. If he succeeds the difference in his wages comes out of the agent fees. If he doesn't sell him then nobody loses out.

Nah, it's true Donny are only paying a fraction. There was an interview with the agent and he said the West Ham player that had just gone there Donny were only paying £2k of his wages and he only gets something like £100 a deal!

You are completly wrong on this, They are players McKay represents and by moving them to Donny they are in a shop window, if they get a move to another club, the selling club gets a decent fee, they get an earner off the books who is obviously not rated enough, they players gets a move and stays on big wages, Mckay gets a cut as do Donny.

Many fans have resigned themselves to relegation. A more worrying thing is the way this club is being ripped off by the owners. We have had messages of support and sympathy from fans of many other clubs who understand what we are going through. We can't expect this act of common decency from you because you are from Leicester.
