Depends when they occur and who to. If it's the next game and key players, then we have 20 games to January. The season could be done by then and have to wait for the summer. I'd also be concerned if he foresaw what's coming that we lose Lampard to a Premiership opening. We coped with injuries last season, we’ll manage again, and we probably made our best recent signing in January, if we need some help then we’ll get it

Perry Andrews and Bell are all unproven. We registered 23 senior players after the January window and we added Paterson later to make 24.
Where are we now? From that list we've lost Binks, Sheaf, Burroughs, Collins and Tyler.
We've gained Rushworth, KKH, Woolfenden, Brau so it looks like 22 rather than 23. I don't think any of the U-21 will have to be senior registrations unless I'm wrong so that doesn't change anything
I don't think the arguments that the squad is much weaker really hold water with Perry, Andrews and Bell all available to fill the bench. I'm guessing that they'll be looking to add one or two in January. We just missed out on a winger at the deadline apparently so we'd intended to run with 23 it seems.
Coventry City name 23-man squad with room for free agent Jamie Paterson
Coventry City have submitted their squad to the EFL for the remaining Championship matcheswww.coventrytelegraph.net
We missed wright and EMC for alot of last season , not 100% but think we went on our best run during that time, Simms up front Allen and Eccles Came in and did really well, good thing about the squad is it’s flexible, MVE and Hayden can play further up, BTA can play both wings, wright can play on the left, Brau can push up, a couple of more would of been handy but we’ve still got plenty there,Depends when they occur and who to. Of course but we will have injuries, we recalled Bell from his loan last season remember just to cover one weekend!Perry Andrews and Bell are all unproven.
If we have 2 keepers on the bench too it is a bit ridiculous.
I'm not suggesting it's all doom and gloom, but Rudi was outstanding during the period you mention and he's the one player in this side and that was the one I'd suggested was out. I believe he's irreplicable by any other player, formation or system and the difference between top 6 and mid-table.We missed wright and EMC for slit of last season , not 100% but think we went on our best run during that time, Simms up front Allen Came in and did really well, good thing about the squad is it’s flexible, MVE and Hayden can play further up, BTA can play both wings, wright can play on the left, Brau can push up, a couple of more would of been handy but we’ve still got plenty there,
He went on loan I thinkTavares
Lots suggesting Eccles might be the answer. I'm not his biggest fan, but we'll likely need him, however the rhetoric constantly aimed at Sheaf on here was that he's injury prone. Eccles 2 years younger has missed a chunk of every season in the last 3 through injury and isn't yet fit this season:
Season Injury Period 2021–22 July 21 to Nov 21 Feb 22 to Apr 22 2022–23 Dec 22 to Jan 23 2024–25 Oct-24 March 25 to April 25 May 25 to ongoing
Eccles is fine as back up, so is Allen, don’t get what the panic is, we’ve got plenty of cover everywhere , your not going to have quality back up in every position no team does, we’ve got plenty to have another good seasonIn the last three seasons he has been a first team player, he has played 34, 44, and 39 games respectively. He missed 5 or 6 games through injury last season, and none the one before.
I know you are struggling to cope with Sheaf leaving, but this is just silly. Whilst there are a few injuries, his turn out rate is pretty good.
I think he will play a decent role for us this season.
This has nothing to do with Sheaf, I know you're obsessed with him, but he's gone time to move on and not by saying how a very average squad player is more than he is. I'll tell you what I won't mention him, see if you can do the same. I know who will buckle first. In the last three seasons he has been a first team player, he has played 34, 44, and 39 games respectively. Well he's just turned down a contract worth £100k a week so doubt he will come to us on a quarter of thatJust imagine the possibility of replacing Sheaf with Josh Brownhill who is still without a club. I am sure there has to be a plan for having sold Sheaf and loaning out two strikers
When and whom did he do that to? I have just read that he was n £45k a week at Burnley and thought he could be got for less now he is in his final years of his careerWell he's just turned down a contract worth £100k a week so doubt he will come to us on a quarter of that

Eccles 23-24 I didn't list as an injury. For the hard of reading his injury record above is in the post you quoted. I'll agree it should have said 3 of the last 4 seasons and not the last 3. My error, but he's another who gets injured. Let's see how this season goes.
So you didn't even manage one post. Weirdo. It has everything to do with him and your coping strategy. You have had a pop at Eccles and prefaced it by smearing those critical of Sheaf's fitness record. You have had another cry here by going on about people saying he was an average squad player, before then running for cover and pointing the finger about who is going to say something next. It is very obvious what you are doing.
The reality is, Eccles is of a similar standard and can do a job. Lampard obviously feels the same way. They'll be times this season he will be called upon, and it won't surprise me if he steps up. When that happens you are going to have to suck that up.
You missed out 2023-24 when he played 51 games in all comps (44 out of 46 in the league)Lots suggesting Eccles might be the answer. I didn't miss it, I corrected further down to say 3 of last 4. It was an injury record so didn't list the season as no injuries. You missed out 2023-24 when he played 51 games in all comps (44 out of 46 in the league)
Just also read in a piece on Hamer, that the Dutch window closes midnight tonight. Could we possibly still see MVE leave?
So you didn't even manage one post. Weirdo.
Eccles might also have been sold if he was a) fit or b) someone was willing to buy him.
Let's hope he's not required too much.
Probably true although he was linked with Turkish teams and theirs is until 12th September. No club there would pay anything like worth considering
Eccles is a good player and suits playing next to grimes more than sheaf didSo you didn't even manage one post. Weirdo.

Whatever gets them motivated.Lets hope Lampard has rubbed off on him and he has a good season.
Our clubs can still sell, I'm not sure about buying though. The deadline date was only the same in bigger European leagues, not everywhereIt's weird how they can buy from here outside our window?
Cmon @Saddlebrains you’ve been a City fan for long enough to know that these are the good times. In fact no better time over the last 20+ years …. What ever your beef with King let it go so you can enjoy it rather than looking for the downsides in every scenario.
If there's any grain of reason in that then he'll be replaced sharpish. I bet he's not...My beefs not with King, its with Dean Austin
