I doubt very much they will get promoted. Big Sam is a negative tactician and this league will be full of attacking style teams next year. His MoJo was lost around about the time he got fired at Newcastle. Fail for me.

No arguments from me! I think they'll lose the core of their team and, with the exception of Scott Parker who is almost certain to go, no-one else in that team has quality to match most teams in this league.

Of course they'll be strong. No debt, parachute payments and a manger who probably is past his sell by date in terms of Premiership football but who will be able to attract players and have a style of management perfectly suited to getting out of this league.

I'll be keeping my powder dry for punts for at least another month but as things stand these are my strong fancy for the title next season.

Likely sale of Parker and Cole will add to the fighting fund but wouldn't be surprised if Upson and Green stayed as no real international or europe aspirations now. A few others like Spector and BA are decent even Sears will be older and more experienced. Injury prone Dyer off the wage bill and no Avram are massive positives and I think they'll bounce straight back.

me too, i fancy them to do well. Birmingham i think will struggle also. However it really does come down to the Team/squad at the start of the season. Much to early to call IMO

I think they will walk the league like Newcastle did.

I think West Ham will lose their better players, but Sam will keep them in the play offs with sheer graft. I think Birmingham are favourites.

West Ham are favourites for me. They will keep a couple of their starters now, and then bring some quality youth through and fringe players. They will have a budget, something only a handful of championship teams can boast, and i think they will have enough about them to win the league by about 8 points.

Hopefully we'll finish above them.

Isn't Upson out of contract? He is a massive player for them. I still think they'll be up there most of the season all the same. A lot of big competition next season... can't wait!
