I see Nads’ constituencies local authority have written to her requesting that she kindly fucks off with immediate effect as they’re tired of having an MP who has gone AWOL and having no representation in the HOC. I think I read somewhere else recently that she hasn’t been in the HOC for over a year.

Their handling of the whole situation has been terrible, but they are perfectly entitled not to do business with him if they no longer want to.

In the NHS the 'integrated care systems' which represent all of the commissioners and providers in a given area are already reporting massive deficits a quarter into the financial year.

They were asked by the dreadful useful idiot entity NHS England to come up with fantasy projections of breakeven, but some have defied it.

What's coming next is part of the deliberate plan to underfund and cripple the NHS, these ICS' are being asked to make freezes on recruitment (already massively understaffed), and will be asked no doubt to cut services.

What the fuck are Labour saying about it?

Well he is correct for once is he not? Banks can only remove customers for certain reasons - or so it is claimed - though of course in reality they can do what they want (though I suspect they now wish they had not with Mr Farage)

When banks can close accounts – and what to do if yours is affected

Telegraph Money explains why closures happen and the rules for reopening an account
www.telegraph.co.uk

Only a madman would support a banks right to not allow customers if they did not like their political opinions - though I am sure it would have removed some rather irritating left wing figures in the 80's I would rather listen to the irritating figures.

The next step could be to do what was done to Graham Phillips - effectively a state sanctioning of denying banking access. Oh and I really cannot be bothered about you sending me silly memes as I have dared to mention his name.

The next step is to make a citizen a complete non citizen as with Shamima Begum

None of it is for me.

I must be getting old. I remember a time when a bakery lost in court the right to chose who they don’t make cakes for and the right lost their shit saying any business has the right to refuse someone’s business on the basis of opposing ideologies. Now all of a sudden they’ve U turned wholesale on that.

He was offered a Nat West account.

A very exclusive private bank is perfectly entitled to choose who can and can't bank with them.

He’s also claimed immigration causes AIDS increases and that people should invest in gold TBF.

There’s better examples than him if you’re worried about woke banks (!) cancelling people.

But so far there’s no evidence it’s actually happening. This seems more like an attempt to weaken money laundering laws around PEPs than any great moral crusade TBH.

Even Blair had a plan for recovering a crumbling infrastructure etc. Ok it was badly flawed, but there was a plan! I find it very hard to accept the Labour Party colluding in the breakup of the NHS.

What hostile nation towards the uk? I didn’t know we were in a war.

Has there been criminal charges? If so what are they?

What laws have been broken?

Russia G, Russia are hostile towards us. That’s why people like Farage and Phillips who have monetary links to Russia get scrutiny.

Didn’t expect you to go full Corbyn to defend this TBH.

Sure this is a complete coincidence

GB News owner’s fund makes millions from short position as NatWest shares slide

Marshall Wace holds a 0.59% short position in NatWest, which has delivered gains of close to £12 million in the past week

Possibly. But Nigel doesn’t. He’s fine with her losing her status as he was fine with a baker (IIRC) refusing the business of someone because they had opposing ideology. Sounds to me that Nigel’s chickens have come home to roost, he’s got the society he wanted and it’s come back to bite him so he’s fighting it with pure hypocrisy. I have little sympathy for him despite the fact I think it would be wrong for a bank to refuse his business because of his ideology.

Presumably Nigel expressed his dismay at Ron being sacked for his views.

So, as a mid-level seat-warmer in the financial industry for a good few years now, I've got to say that disclosing a customer's personal information without their permission is a sackable offence. Even if they are a complete wanker. If it was me I would have just said that he no longer meets the financial criteria for a Coutt's account, and bounced him out regardless, the other stuff was unnecessary.

The real scandal in banking isn't rich arseholes being unable to impress their mates with a posh chequebook, it's average people having their accounts closed without any reason being given (often via the mysterious fraud flag, CIFAS). More on that in the link below, but I either way I seriously doubt a Tory government will look to change this - Labour will undoubtedly be too busy giving blow-jobs to the Daily Mail editoral staff to worry about it overmuch either, should they get in.

Sunak, Farage, and the corrupt orifice that is the Tory party banging on about "standards" though... that's taking the piss, frankly.

Forget Nigel Farage and Coutts – banks have been locking ordinary people out of accounts for years | Amy Taylor

This is a rich person’s row. But as a debt adviser, I’ve seen clients’ lives upended when they are denied access to a basic bank account, says debt adviser Amy Taylor

Hmmm. By that article I was cancelled by NatWest too, cos I took a student account out and never used it, they closed my account.

ID checks and stuff fair enough, but that’s an issue across all kinds of areas and TBH a reason an ID card would make things much simpler for a lot of people. But that’s a whole can of worms.
