They have to do 12 months in the care sector before moving into the NHS as a Nurse?I think there probably needs to be some amendments to the visa conditions because I think at the moment people are only required to work in the sector for 12 months, (I may have that wrong), but to limit numbers when there's such shortages is madness.

Like most countries in the world we’ve adopted the FATF definition of a PEP as FATF members since 1990 and our laws on PEP are based on this. Even China and Russia are FAFT members.
