Ego trip

also I reckon a few close people would’ve told him it would be wrong to do it especially with inquiry ongoing

'Never fancied her anyway'

Cut his holiday short, thought he'd stroll into number 10 as a hero, got told to fuck off. You love to see it.

I've said it before.
I don't think it's about the money with old Etonians.
It's about the legacy, the kudos, the bragging rights with other old Etonians.
All gone (at the moment).
He's just a sad little failure, barely better than Truss.
That will hurt.
Got an 80 seat majority and fucked it up. That's what he'll be remembered for if he doesn't manage to come back again.

There's going to be so much more in fighting to come.

The headbangers like Dorries, JRM and Fabricant won't let this go.

There will still need to be a Secretary of State for the 19th Century, although he might be confused by the name and appearance of his new PM

They aren’t. Michael fabricant hasn’t had an influence on his own hair met alone politics ever and Reece Mogg can go back to panel shows. As soon as the other key factions of the right sided with Sunak that was that

Im treating the last six weeks like Bobby Ewing in the shower. It was all a dream it never happened and Sunak beat Johnson.

Back to normal politics, scrutiny of the Labour manifesto, a Sunak and hunt combination - let’s now see what happens as markets stabilise

At the last election Sunak was insecure enough to lurch right at the last, let's hope that was just a one night stand.

Yes let’s hope the country forgets the ruling party brought the country the economic equivalent of salmonella but it’s fine-the chefs are the same but it’s a different menu.

It doesn't matter how much scrutiny is placed on the Labour manifesto and it doesn't matter what happens to the markets. The tories are not winning the next election.

Like he'd give a fuck if it was wrong. He immediately showed he's still the same untrustworthy self-serving liar by telling people he had 100 backers to get their support when he didn't and tried to get others contenders to pull out for him on the basis of that. He gives a fuck about nothing and no-one but himself.

He's only pulled out because even the Tories aren't barking enough to put their support behind someone who they officially declared they had no faith in just a few months ago (well, some are but there we go). It'd show you had absolutely no judgement or no morals.

He will now fuck off back on holiday. Guarantee it.

But it wasn't a dream.

In reality the party you defend chose an absolute mentalist with a brain the size of a pea to be leader based on some absolutely batshit ideas that everyone else in the country except Tory supporters knew would be a disaster.

Now most people are going to be fucked over (not the ones responsible, though) for their craziness with tax rises and spending cuts. In the words of the former PM "That is a disgrace!"

But at least you've admitted the mental gymnastics you go through to keep on deluding yourself.

Twitter is ful of people claiming Sunak has performed a coup. Err it was Boris who tried to bullshit his was to 100 backers, even trying to get Mordaunt to withdraw and back him with the lie. Sunak is there on his own merit. If there was an attempted coup it was Boris attempting it. He lost, get over it.

Why are labour playing in the same spaces then?

Myths like the "sound money" drivel by Starmer. If Labour is guaranteed a victory it should seize its opportunity to do something transformative.

hasn’t he said due to the economic position he won’t be able to do “as many labour things as he’d like to”
