Northern Ireland on the other hand makes less economic sense, especially post Brexit.Well it’s just admittedly only from personal experience but a high number of people who supported Brexit for ‘British sovereignty’ seem nonplussed about the end of the union. Which is a bit disappointing given I voted No in the 2014 referendum.

Northern Ireland’s economy is the only part of the UK economy doing well post brexit, not well enough to stop the uk heading into a recession but if the rest of the uk was performing like Northern Ireland we probably wouldn’t be heading into a recession.
