I’m talking about someone standing as an mp and for the leadership of his party. You think he does that without conviction?? He may not be doing a good job but to say he has no conviction is banal. And I’d still take no conviction over the conviction to lie cheat and defraud

Johnson stood as an MP and for the leadership of his party and he has no conviction, other than the betterment of Boris Johnson.
It does happen.

I’ve said if you agree with them or not Thatcher May Brown Kinnock and Corbyn believed what they said. Starmer has zero Views or ideology

In all honesty if Starmer got elected and used Reeve as the economic strategist I could not care less.

Reeves is far more Tory than Johnson. They are zero threat to me.

There’s always the underbelly to worry about but Starmer has silenced them

As long as there isn’t a coalition with that fuckwit Ed Davy I couldn’t care less

Yeah you couldn't care less but spend all day 'but Starmer' -ing. And the right wing press do the same thing every day.

If you or they didn't care then they wouldn't spend their entire existence trying to pick holes in him.

Ironic as you are obsessed with him - if a dog turd has a red rosette on it you’d vote for it

You haven’t offered any argument why you support Starmer other than he’s not Johnson

But they don’t. You are just a lazy product of social media. No knowledge, no beliefs and no understanding. Totally binary in thought process, zero historical Knowledge and the implications of history. You can’t even form an opinion without a twitter link telling you something you then instantly believe

You really are very dull and stupid in equal measure. I wish you were at least funny but you are tragically boring and imbecilic in equal measure

Latest polling seems to show that Starmer missed a trick by not backing the strike action

Don’t know if anyone saw Mick Lynch on C4 news earlier but he made the very good point that the Tories have spent the last 12 years making it more and more difficult to call an official strike and despite that the union voted overwhelmingly for the strike action (over 80% I think) and nearly 75% picketed. It’s very difficult for the government to question the legitimacy of this strike seeing it’s their hoops that the RMT has had to jump through to call it do they’ve resulted to lying about the details, trying to sell it to the public that they already earn too much (ironic coming from MP’s who earn more and can’t feed themselves or get their moats cleaned without an expense account), starting blaming labour by pretending that they’re the ones in power, started blaming labour by pretending that they’re somehow in charge of a union that’s not even affiliated to labour etc etc. Its clearly not worked either looking at opinion polls on the strike action. Starmer should have backed this from the start and started by explaining the legitimacy of the action in the first place.

No it isn't, what RR failed to mention in their carefully scripted press leak (before briefing the workforce) is that they are also expecting the workforce to accept a 10% pay cut to make them "more competitive" this at a time when the C.E.O has awarded himself a £3 million Bonus!

The offer is 4% on the basic pay, plus a 2k one off payment. Then a 10% reduction!
Classic case of fake news.

In situations like this, you need to ask yourself why the C.E.O. has seen fit to release a confidential pay proposal to the press before its been discussed with the trade unions or the workers.
There is always far more to the story than meets the eye. But by putting it out in the way it reads, it makes it look like RR is a compassionate and caring organisation, which I can assure you isn't the case with its current board.
