No but I mean isn't the mechanism for them to go to be appointed an officer of some archaic realm? Or to be removed by petition of constituents-but the other disciplinary processes aren't as they are for a normal workplace

I thought leaving someone working alongside their accuser left the company vulnerable to a claim if the allegations were proven true?

Teaching different I would thinkStandard practice. Know of a colleague who was accused of sexual misconduct with a student-they were taken off site immediately. Investigation concluded the allegation was entirely false and they were allowed back. But...if it had been true then they presented an immediate risk to those around them
