Play the ball not the man.

You don't need to be a political heavyweight to point out that the PM & Chancellor have broken the law, an MP got done for sexual abuse and another tried to excuse it.

Of course you were just deflecting though.

I’m not deflecting - the fact an “Mp got done for sexual abuse” is hardly representative of the party. The Lib Dems once had 50% of its MPs who indulged in that

what’s Jamie Olivier or Jon Torode got to say about it? Twitter link incoming?

Yep it’s the alcohol that’s right my friend. It’s not that the leader of the country said there were no parties in Downing Street then pictures came out and he had to admit there were and now the met have evidence that he was at them and have fined him. That’s not the story at all. Just the alcohol.

Dont be stupid

You are deflecting.

So let's hear it then. What are your thoughts on the PM and Chancellor breaking the law?

What are your thoughts on a Tory MP sexually abusing a minor?

a Tory MP sexually abusing a minor is clearly a crime and needs to be punished. To try and imply that’s due to his political persuasion is of course a nonsense as sexual crimes of MPs really is “across the board”

An apparent gotcha moment
This is the very definition of a gotcha moment
Man claims nothing happened
Pictures show they did he blames others and says he didn’t do anything wrong
That man now fined for breaking his own covid regulations

Much like the other selfish bastards in our country you don’t really care. Brilliant absolutely brilliant.

No wonder we’re screwed as a nation and probably as a world. As humans we are utterly selfish and greedy and only give a shit when things affect us personally .

Absolutely brilliant

I don’t really care

politics is a game

The strategists in the party will decide what’s best to do

Oh and before you start to blather on about deflection blah blah the nonsense around Blair The Hague and war crimes I also scoffed at

It’s a game - an interesting one - and I suspect plans will be drawn to get Johnson to continue for a while as his war ratings are very good and then to graciously bow out and a new successor a year before the election to appear with a new vision and a clear non sleaze direction

I don’t care if you think Boris must resign, or is just a top lad - it’s outright dangerous for this situation to drag on in a way that stops Parliament from doing its job on Ukraine where needed. Waiting it out to see which way the wind is blowing can’t be an option.

Blows Douglas Ross’ excuse out the water if true. According to him now is not the time for Boris to go because of Ukraine. If he’s delaying recalling parliament to discuss something as serious as events in Ukraine to avoid scrutiny of his own behaviour then he absolutely has to go. If only so parliament can start functioning.

It’s a shame the FPN Story has broken today as it’s overshadowing another Boris Brexit win story.

'Boris has surrendered!' Fury as PM caves in fishing row with France

BORIS JOHNSON has come under furious attack after being accused of breaking Brexit promises and "capitulating" to France in the bitter war of words over fishing rights.

That’s unlucky. Imagine being ambushed by a birthday cake 7 times in 1 years. A clear case of victimisation as there ever was. Poor Boris.
