I know a lot can happen in that time, hence why I specifically said IF it were right now.Mostly because all the polling says he will. The Tories are in disarray and Reform have a pretty hard cap and their vote isn’t concentrated like the established parties.
But overall it’s four years from an election. No one has any idea and anyone who says they do is kidding themselves. Starmer could get caught sucking donkey dick or save a disabled kid from drowning, there could be war, or a pandemic, or a million other things. People have forgotten this because we’ve had five years of politics on fast forward where it’s scandal after scandal and election after election and have gone a bit mad about every slight shift in polling.
He’s doing about how I’d expect an incumbent government to do, despite the hysteria.
