I actually believe Shmmeee is now your adopted daddy. It’s clear you are so mind blowingly shallow and stupid that you need someone’s opinion to latch onto.

Enjoy your choice this time Mr Limpet

"Why is is safe for the UN to send refugees to Rwanda but not the UK?"

Above is what you actually posted in quotation marks.

Could you post where the UN has said it is not safe to send refugees to the UK?

I hold my hands up to poor use of English.

Thank you very much for the evidence that shows that the UN, at the time of publication, still sited refugees in Rwanda.

Why is it safe for the UN to send refugees to Rwanda, but not for the UK to do so?

How is it weird?

What's weird is seeing someone saying the number of Tory seats is going to be decimated and thinking that means they think they're going to be homeless.

Because the way you are going on is that they will personally be damaged or worse off and you are getting all excited.

What will happen is that one rich bullshitting prick will replace another one. You are going on like you are going to wake up tomorrow in a new world or something.

You're literally just making things up and getting annoyed about it.

That's weird.

I'm not annoyed though?

Read back through your posts. You are acting like tomorrow is going to be a new day and tories will all be crying themselves to sleep.

"just think lads"
"The day is finally here"

Yeah, that's weird.

Given the inevitable f**k up they will make of things, you seriously believe people will vote for them again in 5 years time?

Not a chance.

You are

You've totally made up the fact I think they're going to be homeless.

Tomorrow is a new day because the Tories will be out after 14 years. If you don't think that's significant then fair enough but I think most people will agree that's a pretty big deal.

Depends how short memories people have.

Basic competence should be enough for a second term after the last parliament!

Have you seen what the Tories are polling?

They are despised by the vast majority of the population. Their base is dying off.

It will take an absolutely monumental fuck up by Labour (partygate-esque) for the tories to get back in and I just don't see that happening because they are sensible, competent people.

To be fair it is a term that has been used quite a bit by political journalists this election.

Far from annoyed.

No, I didn't make it up. I didn't say you had said it, did I?

Depends how you live your life to be honest, it will make no difference who is in charge in reality. You're on here acting like Cov have just won the league or something. That's the weird thing.

Pretty much, the bar of expectation is so low even small wins will seems like big victories compared to the last 5 years.

Given the lamentable state of the economy that Labour will inherit, basic competence won't be enough.
Turning the economy round will be dependent on growth and I just don't see anything resembling growth from Labour.

Labour are only going to win because the Tories have blown their own heads off. They are far from sensible or competent, and anyone voting for either party is just going to continue this spiral downwards until someone else gets in, or one of them sorts themselves out.

It is a complete mess.

Possibly anecdotal but lots commentators, a good number of local press etc suggesting that there’s been a high turnout. Unexpected if that’s the same story all across the country. Not sure how it will affect the results if true but whatever it is it has to be a good thing thing regardless simply because people are engaged.

It’s hard to tell, could be high in one area/seat but shit in another. Interestingly The Telegraph has just reported that CCHQ are claiming that the turnout is high.

Labour have never won where I live but we’re 1/6 to win the seat only twice has it been lib dum always Tory so I’m expecting a big landslide tbh.
Labour were the only party that put flyers through our door and that was one from the local candidate and Rachel Reeves with our first names on it.
They’ve made the effort!!
