Nope not at all, just a PM who stands by a manifesto. If the party he represents decide they want him out and to change that manifesto, (Trussenomics for example) then they should seek backing from the people they represent.

We could call it democracy!

I remember when Sunak got the top job, all the press were shouting about him being the first British Asian to become PM, but I kept saying he's an illegitimate PM, he was not, and never has been voted in and endorsed by the electorate, and neither was Truss before him, and yet we claim to be a democracy.

Imo it's simple, if a governing party vote out their leader who was elected by the people, it should immediately trigger a general election.

And the same applies to MP's who cross the floor, it should imediately trigger a by-election in their constituency.

That isn't how elections work in this country, we don't have a president. Nobody votes for the prime minister apart from his or her constituents.

I agree with your point about MPs crossing the floor.

I'd revert to just MPs electing the leader. You elect your MP to make decisions on your behalf, including who leads their party (and therefore the country if with a majority). You don't elect your MP to defer the decision on who leads the country to their party's batshit mental members.

I think the key issue comes when the new leader goes completely off-piste from the existing manifesto.

Again, it depends on the school and their resource. Not the teachers fault.

It's pretty much guaranteed that a naughty kid with no interest in education and their parent don't give a shit either will take up more resources and teacher time than the ones you mention.

One example I can think of is my daughter being in a class at primary school teaching other kids to read because the teacher was spending all of their time with the naughty kids and a couple of kids that couldn't speak English. She was also baffled that kids were getting rewarded for not being naughty for a week when she was good all the time and wasn't.

Again, no issues with the teacher because they openly said they would love to spend all their time with kids like her but they can't. Meanwhile, my daughter wasn't getting an education.

So seems like the answer is to pay for the little scrotes to be sent to private schools then?

They have smaller class sizes so more time to spend per pupil, as well as those extra resources to spend on them . If they're as good as they claim then they should be able to sort them out, shouldn't they? And their teachers get paid more so how about they earn it rather than having to deal with the horror of Tarquin forgetting his lacrosse stick.

Meanwhile the state schools will be able to better serve the decent kids without the little shits taking up the teacher's time.

We should unironically send consistently disruptive kids to boarding schools with higher teacher to pupil ratios.

It begs the obvious question. If we’ve been provoking Russia into invading Ukraine since the 90’s and Putin is the most impressive political operator how on earth was Russia so unprepared for invading Ukraine?

I mean even before the West really started arming and training the Ukrainians Russia was awful. So badly prepared, tactically incompetent, just utterly clueless.

I'm just glad my ChatGPT tokens got topped up this week.

For context - 'FSB forgot to pay its bill': Did a delinquent ChatGPT account expose a pro-Trump Russian bot campaign?

So watching the debating tonight and I knew it would happen, good old Farage has just devastated the Refirm vote by accusing the West of provoking the war in Ukraine.
My god his only brain cell has seriously f***** up this time.

Thats surely the end of Reform

The problem is people who are a fan of him are happy to brush stuff like this off. You'd expect it to be terminal but it will be the usual main stream media setup bollocks on the socials

Probably manage to get a fundraiser going off the back of it

British politicians shouldn’t be appealing to people to vote for him based on their take on events somewhere else in the world. Likewise ‘ British ‘ voters should be trying to choose politicians that can affect their daily lives in the UK. The country is fucked !

This is the worst bit:

"I said I disliked him as a person, but admired him as a political operator because he's managed to take control of running Russia," Mr Farage said.

So you can get past the fact he's a murderous dictator because he's done well to become a murderous dictator. OK Nige.

He got rinsed throughout the whole interview and as myself and others said once he starts coming under more serious scrutiny he won't stand up to it.
Question is, like Trump, do his cult like supporters really care?

Spot on. Corbyn was a shit leader. He appealed to a relatively small section of voters and Labour members but was unelectable. The polling in 2019 highlighted that perfectly. Labour under Corbyn was a protest party with no hope of governing. I still voted Labour and always will, but fuck was I tired of his sheer ineptness. Corbyn is suited to standing in Trafalgar Square with a megaphone, not sitting behind a desk in Number Ten. People used to point at the amount of people who turned up at his rally's as proof he was a great man. He wasn't.

Starmer will be Prime Minister and I shall thank God he is. I've been a Labour Party member since 1983, there have been some dark times and some great times, now I'm hoping we are in for a period of stability, once we get shot of the awful Tory Government.

You’re twisting words. The West have been poking the Russian bear over Ukraine and expanding Nato for sure and Putin hates it.
It was indeed used to justify his vile aggression. On the point of admiration, historians have always pointed out how difficult it is to control such a huge nation and the Putin regime are by and large achieving this.

Did nato provoke him in to turning his country in to a kleptocracy and plundering its resources for him and his oligarch mates while murdering his non oligarch mates?
Something he also did in Ukraine before all this happened with the help of his patsy Yanukovych.
