Whilst I fully expect SISU to reject Hoffman's bid and continue to slowly strangle the life out of the club we all love and taking into account the fact that we don't really know what Hoffman is offering us as a club going forward I want his bid to succeed. The prospect of Ken and his crew ruining the club just breaks my heart and anything would be better than this slow death by a thousand cuts. What about you?

not that i dont want SISU to move on or even that I am against GH but before I can answer I need to know much more about what the bid is. Dont want more of the same just under a different owner (the owner wont be GH ). Not prepared to accept anything at CCFC on face value.

Spoke to someone who is at the Ricoh a lot on the commercial side and he said Robinson is hovering in the back ground. No idea if true but if it was that would not be a positive for me. More rumours I guess

Am really tired of it all now

You misheard. I spoke to the same person on the commercial side and what he actually said was that "Robinson is hoovering in the background!"

Hoffman said on CWR that one of the people at the meeting was a former City chairman...I assumed he meant Joe, and hope it wasn't GR!

Back on topic, it's still a thumbs up from me. 28-0 at the last count! I hope the SISU reps on here enjoy that.

28-0, which coincidently will also probably be the score at Middlesborough on Saturday!

I urge caution. I am by no means a SISU supporter, nor am I against a takeover. In fact, I think that the sooner SISU is out, the better.
However, it seems to me that it is far too early to break out the flags and hail a new dawn for the Sky Blues. GH and his consortium are being hailed as our saviours - the same as SISU were being greeted a few years ago.

I greet this news with cautious optimism, but before I am fully convinced that we have a bright new future in front of us, I would like to know, in detail, what is being offered.

I repeat that I am not a SISU supporter, but we have had too many false dawns, and I believe that caution is necessary

We only need to stave off relegation and prepare for next season. I'd give him a couple of mil and see how he performs first, before promising funds like that.

If there is £10mill in the player pot then this would only be around £6mill to spend on players with the rest for wages. But the way AT picks them this would give us a great deal of success.

I hope the former chairman involved is uncle Ray. He knows how the game works but had his hands tied by SISWHO.

Is GR really that bad. I heard he wrote off 20 million of his own money when sisu took over.

He wrote off £20m of money that he was never going to get back anyway, as the club was sliding it's way to admin/liquidation. GR is, was and always will be a crook.
