Capcon Holdings the other Company chaired by Ken Dulieu is doing so badly it is essentially being wound up.
It is also changing its name and our Ken is being removed from his Capcon Holdings Chairmanship.
The vote to remove Ken was taken when he was excluded from the meeting...
So, Mr Dulieu can spend more of his time in Coventry searching out diamond players to sign and sell to balance our books.
Do we trust him to spend his time working for our interests? Has he got what it takes?

When the parent company of Southampton FC went into administration Dulieu was paid as an exec and got paid an incredible £100,000 pa for a maximum 8 days per month with first class flights to and from his home in Portugal. He even got to have his own secretary out there. Remember, this was a football club in financial trouble for whom the full-time CEO they'd just ousted was being paid £120k pa.

"In his own words, Dulieu "had been brought in to look after the plc part of the Club" when he arrived at Southampton - at a time when spending needed to be cut, in less than 2 years he helped take the club from 2 execs to 5 execs on higher salaries, with turnover halved the wage bill was increased, and with parachute payments ending a £5m overdraft was taken out... all of which led to administration

Spot on I was just about to make the same point. He did of course try and manage SISU into Southampton but they rejected their overtures which was the only reason they picked us. I was working in the HAmpshire area at the time and it is fair to say Dulieu was none too popular. He was so badly thought of the fans at the time were desparate to bring Rupert Lowe back!

He is not a "fit and proper" person to run a club. Capcon are a risk assesment business aren't they? A posh term for an asset stripper - he is not even any good at that.

Do we want KD to spend more time in Coventry?

Answer NO

We want him and his bosses (sisu) run out of town for good ,not they are physically here that often anyway.

NOBODY TRUSTS DULIEU
