...where the JR's are concerned? As they're all about what happened up to a certain points in time (the council loan and the wasps takeover of the loan) do they still need to be owners to carry on with the JR's?
What's stopping them selling for a quid, writing of a load of "not real debt" and claiming the losses from the sale and writing of "not real debt" if as they say "the judge got it wrong" they're going to win and be able to start a claim for compo.

We are for sale but we've got to fluke a couple of promotions first
I can't see how they can carry on like this as I can't think that we will sell enough season tickets to get near to break even , any youth team players they want to sell will be worth less next year as I don't see many sides buying players from division 4 for millions of pounds.

We dont have many contracted players next season, so the club can cut its cloth accordingly.
I am not sure it can keep on cutting, unless Fisher:jerkit: and his pal are not on the pay roll as season ticket sales would bearly cover their wages. I should think the rugby lot might be getting a bit worried about their money as well
then there is the income for being in the league.
Many league 2 clubs survive on 2-3k season ticket holders by ensuring their overheads are appropriate.
I am sure these teams don't have marketing managers, commercial managers etc and all these would need to be made redundant extra costs and two people no doubt on big money at the top. I assume the income comes down and less chance of being on the box.
they dont want promotion that is for sure the last thing they want to do is fund a championship team
Thats about the crux of it. They dont want promotion and arent that bothered about relegation
We must be the only team in the country who's owners think promotion is the worst case.
i'd suggest that you can widen your span a bit further than the country
They dont even need to stay as owners of ccfc to continue their legal pursuits , so im baffled as to why they are still here when seemingly there is nothing here for them anymore

And to do that we need to fluke a few wins. Are they really here now?
I'm not so sure
There Is no inward investment
SISU debt largely written off through that (ongoing)Liquidation
ARVO debt parked at around£15M
We are for sale but we've got to fluke a couple of promotions first
Its used as a loss making venture to write of against the tax man.it will break even in the very near future if it doesnt already, so its not costing them any money to keep it. No-one would buy it, but they place a value on it.
One relegation might not bother Sisu, but a second should. Falling out of the football league would be a total disaster for Sisu as, effectively, all the club's income would dry up. They would then have to crystalise their losses and their investors will see just what a lousy job they've made of running CCFC. Someone in Sisu needs to grow a pair and stand up to Joy and tell her to stop being so stubborn and think a bit harder.

Yeh well me and 6 others have called it a day funding sepalas games
The quicker they dump the debt and liquidate us the better...
240k won't cover Fishers wages and I think the marketing manager will be on a few quid looking at her experience and quals.
Who is the Marketing Manager with the experience? Only one I could find was Stacie McDermott who has little experience (this does not mean necessarily she is not good though)
