Given that SISU are coffing up £720k, the judge is still to rule on the balance of CCC's legs fees, SISU's own legal fees for the JR, SISU's legal fees for the Higgs case, the huge fall in all revenues from the barmy move to sixfields, the share options ARVO have had to issue to cover FFP because of the barmy move to sixfields plus I'm sure many other costs and losses I can't remember because of their actions. How does this compare to just coughing up the £5.5m they agreed for the Higgs share? If they are trying to distress ACL to get it on the cheap as many (including a judge) have suggested, how's that working out for them?

Looks a right royal F up.
