Beyond tragic, a wonderful footballer, sincere condolences to his family and friends.
RIP Diogo Jota & Andre Silva

As a massive City fan, but also a fan of Liverpool, I'm lost for words. I lost my beautiful sister in a car smash when she was just 23. Her 3 children have now grown up with families of their own, but they never knew their mum. I know how Diogo's family must feel.
RIP

So sad for his family, boys and flash cars when will they ever learn, now he's paid the price, apparently the Spanish police are saying he was going over a hundred miles an hour.

Thanks SBWM. Sept 19th 1972. She accepted a lift from a work colleague after doing an evening shift at a local factory in Essex. He overtook a car on a bend and lost it. Four in the car. Jackie was the only fatality. He got 3 years for causing death by dangerous driving.
This was my sister, Jackie...

Oh mate, I'm so sorry. She looks like she was a lovely young lady.

I'm sure she's been forever watching down from above 🩵

I always feel she's with me. Incidentally, her daughter became a specialist paramedic, a member of HART, which stands for Hazardous Area Rescue Team. She goes into situations which are too dangerous for normal paramedics. I think she does this in memory of her mum.

Absolutely horrendous news, just shows how life is so fragile. Just hope neither suffered inside the car

Praying the family find some way of coping
