Old article. 2018 Was there ever a resolution to this. I know Wasps/SISU came to an agreement but just wondering if the court case continues?

Depending how Wasps intend to refinance we might get an answer at that point. If they intend to do something similar to the bond issue they would surely have to flag up an ongoing issue like this.
