Appealed what?
You got a 10 point deduction when everyone else has received at least 15.

I think you'll find we all know that and most of us think we got off lightly but thats not what he is asking about, SISU tried to take the council to court, the court ruled the council didn't have a case to answer so the main case didn't go ahead, sisu had a few days to appeal that which has now passed.

i thought they had until yesterday to lodge an appeal. i cant find anything anywhere in the news or bloggs to say they have or havent and there has been no further statement on ccfc.co.uk other than the one they made on the day which is out of charachter for fishface the jedi statement master

the ccfc.co.uk statement from 3days ago was:-

"Coventry City Football Club has noted the ruling by Mr Justice Males on the Judicial Review and will consider the decision before taking its next steps"

That would have meant that both sides had details of the judgement before the CVA meeting ..... no evidence of that, it would have changed the dynamics of that meeting I think. But next Monday is what I have been told, in any case nothing can be done over weekend so less than 48 hours to wait in reality

And guess who was chairman during the period of Leicester being in administration, Sky Blues very own favourite FL Chairman Greg Clarke. So it was hardly surprising he was so keen to agree the decision to allow Fisher to move CCFC out of Coventry, a decision he knew would infuriate Coventry fans the most. I think we would have been better off even if Deadly Doug had been the FL Chairman.

didn't shitsu bid for the vile when deadly was there and he told them where to go?

maybe he seen them for what they are, maybe we need some deadly doug types in the fl instead of nodding dogs to sponsors and tv companies

Thus once more proving Orwells legendary observation: "All animals are equal... apart from those more equal than others"

The "next step" must be to walk off the edge they have apparently been driven too!

It's a long drop and it's unlikely that they will survive!
