I love it, Swindon have gone from having Paul Hart as manager to having Paolo Di Canio as their new boss! Classic example of a team appointing a manager purely based on his playing career. He will be a disaster, he is mad as a box of frogs!!

I wouldn't write him off that quickly, just look at what Poyet did at Brighton (I know he was assistant at Spurs)

Hope he does well for them.

A great footballer does not always make a great manager I.e Zola ,Strachan , Macallister , etc
