Don't see why any details of the Ricoh deal can't be published now. There's no commercial reason not to as its a done deal.

This links into FOI requests... and appeals, if they were rejected.

Should never have been built in the first place a government vanity project, probably would have worked out better value to knock it down after.

Personally I would like to know what has happened to 'our' stadium.
Also, this JH memorial...a fantastic idea - but CCFC owners wouldn't think twice about leaving it behind if it suited their financial statements. So, would it have made more sense to site it somewhere on/near the site of Highfield Rd instead?

...onwards & upwards PUSB

The city centre would be much better for both the memorial and the statue. Not sure whether or not he had any connection to rugby?

Exactly, we are off the radar and we need to stop this race to the bottom.

I appreciate the 'tax payers money' bit of this story but what would they do with the stadium if WH didn't go in there. I know Orient were kicking off about it but realistically it could only be WH. Would be interesting to see how the stadium deal would be effected if Brady and co sold up

Maybe they should have thought about that at the start!

Knock it it down and build houses on the site, it should never have been built, as it has been kept the deal should have been the porn barons get the Olympic stadium and the country gets Upton Park to sell not let them them keep it sell it make loads of money and then long term rent the stadium.

one perfect use for the stadium could have been for an welcome a Rugby team ow sort of based in the Midlands
