Mental Sheaf being out.

Grimes Allen Torp for me then if Eccles is needed at RWB, if not Grimes Eccles Torp.

In fairness those 11 minutes against stoke probably took it out of him

His injury record would be a serious concern to any team who might look at him in the summer

Would lower his value definitely. Need to figure it out with the sports science team as been out too much even compared with the last couple of years.

At least we don’t depend on his as much now we’ve got grimes and some decent form out of the other midfielders

Hes such a quality player but we cant build a team accounting for him being fit for a 1/3rd of the season

Yeah, but post it in invisible ink, so Derby don't see it and then PM each of us individually.

TBH without Rudoni I’d want two more box to box players than sheaf alongside Grimes. Hopefully he’s fit for after the break.

Just seen Burroughs and Raphael in the U21s line up. Might mean both EMC and MVE are at least fit for the bench

The question was whether we’d beable to keep Sheaf this summer. Now you’ve got go to ask if it’s sensible to trigger the one year extension?

Grimes is a billion times the player Sheaf is anyway, so no real loss.

Get rid in the summer, getting beyond a joke.

I'd probably trigger it anyway. His value would've already depleted due to loss of form and persistent injury issues.

If we want to move him on it's pointless allowing his contract to run down to a single year. All that's going to do is drive down his value even further.

I do feel a bit for Sheaf, especially if its a reoccurrence of his calf trouble. I have a dodgy calf myself and have had a niggle with it for 5 months now. Sometimes you just get a natural weak point and it won’t go away.
No good to CCFC though

I noticed BTA sitting after Bobbys goal and at full time. I wondered if he had an injury?
It’ll be interesting to see if he makes the squad tonight

I think it was more that he was a bit overwhelmed, and perhaps even slightly relieved! If I recall he was bouncing around at the end.

Think he was just relieved due to his error leading to a goal.
