They just want it more than we do. Ability and quality doesn't really come into it.

We've got several players on the pitch, including Simms and Wright, who are just playing like a bunch of pussies. There's a lack of fight and urgency which is a problem Derby don't have.

A kick up the arse and a goal, and Derby will hopefully start questioning themselves. We've allowed them too much respect so far and I want to see us fight a bit more. Wouldn't be against Lampard making some changes. We need a bit more steel and shithousery on the pitch.

We are not getting Wright on the ball. Derby have shown lots of energy and we have been underwhelming so far but still look like we can score easily with a bit more concentration. We are a bit discombobulated atm.
