I'm still not quite sure what point you are trying to prove against mine to be honest when I said that a good manager will get the best and more out of a average squad which is what Fergie did (with Van persie like Pressley has had Clarke and Wilson) but Pressley has not managed to do that yet which is why to me the jury is still out. But when I read what you write about football I think back to your comment about Delfounseo being a very good signing for us. Even the people who really think they know it all don't.

The "true reflection" is reality...it's no good including 10pts that were taken away. Otherwise you may as well go right back to the lost earnings from a European campaign that never happened in 1988/89 due to the English clubs being banned. That income may have brought about an entirely different "reflection" as well!
