Too many obscure deaths that I've not heard of lately, a disappointing haul. Need some A-listers.

That'll have the grim reaper full of indignation, arms folded and tapping his foot.
Losing control of his scythe no doubt to cause more ire.

More than me CD. I only got one. Gene Hackman. I reckon there's a fair few next year, but hang on in there. There's still another couple of weeks left of 2025!

Was brought up in the pub trade and the characters are so well observed , we even had a couple of coppers come in when mum and dad ran the climax

Takes true talent to write a comedy with people just sitting and talking.

He was on Gone Fishing with Bob Mortimer & Paul Whitehouse a couple of years ago and talked about all his operations & tablets he took daily, he looked ill & it was a miracle he was still alive.

Try Dancing Down the Stony Road. It's proper Delta Blues-style for the most part, inspired by his struggle with pancreatic cancer around the turn of the century, and as such might be seen as a hard listen - but I absolutely love it. Probably the best thing he ever did (IMHO of course).
