Dear Tim
In hindsight, do you regret grossly miscalculating by a huge margin, how many would travel to Sixfields ? I assume, being a successful business man you carried out proper research before arriving at your figures of 3,000 minimum and 7,000 maximum ? So, in hindsight, do you regret your decision, a decision which is costing your employers millions of pounds more than your budgets were based on ? Glad you never worked for me !

What a small-minded world you must live in. Haven't you got anything better to do than to come up with this drivel.
Perfect place to post it as 100% he will read this forum. Expect a threat of legal action if you dare exercise your freedom of speach imminenty

Most of my life has passed me by now, at 72 I'm on the launching pad !
At your age I would've thought a more mature thread would've been in order. I honestly thought this thread had been started by one of the younger members.

Unfortunately VOR he doesn't care. Its not about business, its personal. If it was business then we would still play at the Ricoh and Otium would be paying low ret of 100k a year so saving 1.2 million on the previous rent. That's business sense.
it is 100% about business- SISU are taking a longer aggressive view - in terms of killing ACL - acquiring the Ricoh and maximising returns
They believe the short term pain is worth the long term gain
Thanks for the input on us "younger members"
So how old are you Rich???
By younger members I meant 5 years old. It does read like a childs post.
How long can they wait till the football League and the media come knocking on there door requesting plans for the new Stadium. I am also sure that ACL/Higgs can last longer without the club than what you think.
you're arguing with a 72year old man over a hypathetical letter that reflects a question we would all like to ask tim, perhaps you should grow up and not let it bother you so much.At your age I would've thought a more mature thread would've been in order. Seeing as I didn't write the post that's irrelevant.

Not sure? my view of the next 5 years is
a) no new stadium
b) sisu cause enough distress to acquire the ricoh (or at least the ACL lease)
c) through finance they acquire enough return to move on
d) we are left with probably a league 2 team but with new owners
It is when you are blatantly being rude to an elder member of this forum. Should you not also question your maturity with your attack o him. That all I am going to say regarding this and will end it there.
